9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONTRIPPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
